Yes, when uploading my song, I have a Newgrounds mail. He said that my song is subject to copyright. Idk why he say that bc I listened the song and this is not the same music! Pls HELP ME :(

Ah crap, this has happened to me a couple of times. Just get in contact with a newgrounds audio mod and they should be able to sort it out. I would suggest messaging Adr3-n. They helped me out with the same issue :)
